REFUND POLICY
SOUTH EAST EDUCATION QA AND QC SYSTEM SDN. BHD.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Awesome Academy are generally non-refundable. By enrolling in any program and making payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Awesome Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services provided, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees
- Tuition fees
- Visa processing fees
- Administrative fees
- Accommodation arrangements
- Any other fees paid in relation to the student's enrollment
3. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Granted
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental payment made by the student.
- An overpayment resulting from an administrative or technical error by Awesome Academy.
- Any other refund approved solely at the discretion of Awesome Academy's Management.
No refunds will be granted for change of mind, personal circumstances, withdrawal from the course, visa refusal, failure to attend classes, or any other reason unless stated above.
4. Withdrawal Before Course Start
If a student decides to withdraw or cancel enrollment before the course commencement date, no refund will be issued, except where the circumstances fall under Section 3 of this policy.
5. Withdrawal After Course Start
If a student withdraws after the course has commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, except where the circumstances fall under Section 3 of this policy.
6. Visa Applications
Awesome Academy may assist students with visa applications; however, the approval of any visa is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian immigration authorities.
Visa processing fees, tuition fees, and all other payments made to Awesome Academy remain non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa application is approved, delayed, rejected, cancelled, or withdrawn, except where the circumstances fall under Section 3.
7. Refund Method
Where a refund has been approved under this policy, the refund will be returned to the original payment method used by the student whenever reasonably possible.
If the original payment method is no longer available, Awesome Academy may request additional information to process the refund through an alternative method.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 business days from the date all required documentation and refund information have been received and verified.
Processing times may vary depending on the student's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
9. Policy Acceptance
By making payment and enrolling in any program offered by Awesome Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and accept its terms and conditions.
