REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All payments made to Awesome Academy are strictly non-refundable. By enrolling in any program and making payment, the student agrees to this refund policy.

2. No Refund Policy

Awesome Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services provided, including but not limited to:

- Registration fees

- Tuition fees

- Visa processing fees

- Administrative fees

- Accommodation arrangements

3. Withdrawal Before Course Start

If a student decides to withdraw or cancel enrollment before the course start date, no refund will be issued.

4. Withdrawal After Course Start

If a student withdraws after the course has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Visa Applications

Awesome Academy may assist with visa applications; however, visa approval is subject to Malaysian immigration authorities. All fees paid remain non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.

6. Policy Acceptance

By making payment and enrolling in a program at Awesome Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
